Segregated Portfolio — we direct its subsidiary to establish a Segregated Portfolio for each ETF (Your Fund), which acts as the foundation for the ETI units. This Segregated Portfolio functions as a feeder into the fund or portfolio of funds, channeling its proceeds directly into the underlying fund or portfolio.

Fund units are cutting-edge structured securities designed to reflect the performance of a specific fund or a collection of funds. Unlike conventional fund units, these notes enjoy passporting rights, enabling them to be marketed and distributed across the European Union. For single-fund, distribution is restricted to professional investors and involves private placements for a limited number of retail investors. In contrast, when it comes to a basket of funds, broader marketing rights can be applied.
